About Rashna Jehani: Rashna Jehani is a corporate lawyer and Associate Partner at ZMC Law - a full-service law firm in Mumbai. She earned her basic law degree (BLS  LLB) from GLC Mumbai and an LLM degree from Columbia Law School, New York City, in 2017. Rashna honed her expertise across various corporate law fields from banking and property documentation to private equity and debt transactions, through her stints at various large law firms. Rashna advises companies of all sizes, from start-ups to large conglomerates, on structuring, investments, private equity, and other documentation to protect their rights and interests. She also regularly posts regulatory and legislative updates on the ZMC law page on LinkedIn, to inform the general public about the changes in the law and what it would mean for businesses. Rashna, through the firm, ZMC Law, is a member of the International Legal Alliance. What I love about her story is that after spending a significant time honing her practical legal experience, Rashna realised that an MBA degree would better help her understand the position of her clients and she then set out to pursue a global MBA program from the S P Jain Institute of Management, in 2020.
